MATH GUIDE

Hello,

We are a start-up founded by a parent. We are looking for a unique type of elementary education and at the same time want to give the opportunity to low-income families (especially in COVID -19 times) to have easy access to the best teacher talent available. Therefore we are looking for a truly good match. Please apply if our guide description excites you and you are looking to grow with a progressive company for a minimum of 5 years.

 

We are looking for a passionate teacher guide that feels comfortable with one on one online meetings with kids 5 days/week. The math guide's role is to support software learning, inspire kids to set goals, monitor where they are paused, and explain the concepts thoroughly and patiently. Once a month preparing a short version of a report for a primary guide for the parents' update email and meeting quarterly with the parents. We have openings for three candidates: two for 2/3 grade and one for 4/5 grade.

Here are our requirements:

•  a superior academic record (GPA of 3.5 or higher)

• very strong professional recommendations

• at least 2 years of full-time classroom experience

• very strong internet connection and professional home office set up 

•  we run whole year-round with about 4 two week breaks / TBD
