“The bigger the challenge, the bigger the opportunity for growth.”
Anonymous

Challenge means growth and progress. But how do you inspire kids to choose challenging projects? We believe that answer lies in their interests and conversation about their progress. It is essential to show kids that what used to be difficult, now thanks to practice is super easy. It is a magical AHA moment once they make this connection. It is also about kids taking themselves out of their comfort zone. It is important to acknowledge how scary it is but even more important to have kids understand: what is the worst thing that could happen... It is about proposing interesting, challenging projects within kids' interest range and encouraging them to discover answers.
We believe in Eleanor Roosevelt's words:

"DO ONE THING EVERYDAY THAT SCARES YOU."
